At Big Green Cleaning, we have a fantastic reputation with both clients and our staff.

We take pride in our staff and we are fully committed to giving you the best training and ongoing CPD available. Training begins with you on day one of your career with BGCC, this will start with 13 online modules for you to complete in your 3 month induction period, from there you will receive one module per week to complete over your first year.

Area Managers, Night Shift Managers, Office Managers and Directors all meet staff and have regular catch ups in person and on site to help with extra training and support.

Your pay is reviewed after your 3 months probation and then will be reviewed again year on year.

At Big Green Cleaning, we pay all staff holidays and this includes paid Bank Holidays.

As a company we value our staff, every quarter we have a review of every member of staff and award restaurant vouchers, Theatre tickets, Cinema tickets to our best performing staff member.
